Do you supply everything needed to complete the craft kits? Yes, everything is included with the craft kits in order to complete the crafts, with the exception of glue and scissors. Detailed instructions are included to ensure the kits are easily completed. How much do you charge for shipping? All of our Products include the cost of shipping within the Continental United States. What payment types do you accept? Payment is accepted by check, money order, and credit card. To pay by check or money order, simply print out the “Printable Order Form” and return the completed form with payment to the address listed at the bottom of the form. Credit card transactions are processed through PayPal; however, you do not need a PayPal account. When your payment method is through Pay Pal, the "Ship To" address on your Pay Pal receipt will be the same as your billing address. However, the monthly crafts will be shipped to the child's address that you provide to us upon registration. When will my monthly packages begin? We will immediately send a welcome letter to the child, and the monthly packages will typically begin the following month. All Craft Subscriptions are mailed at the beginning of the month and all Sticker Subscriptions are mailed in the middle of the month. Is there any way that I can notify someone that I have purchased them a gift from Kids Craft of the Month Club? Simply click on the Gift Announcement link and print out the form. You can then fill in the appropriate information, and give to the recipient. What if I refer a friend who makes a purchase? If you are a current member of our club and refer someone to our site who makes a purchase, you may receive one additional package for each referral. It is your responsibility to make sure your friend includes your name in the "Referred By" box on the order form when placing their order. Can I cancel my subscription? We always strive for 100% satisfaction with our products. If you are unhappy with the first package that arrives, please notify us and we will be happy to cancel your subscription and refund your money. What if we move during the subscription? If you move during your subscription, please notify us via e-mail at customerservice@kidscraftofthemonthclub.com of your new address and the date that the new address will take effect. It is your responsibility to notify us of any change of address. Does a parent need to help complete the craft kits? Parental supervision is always recommended with any craft project. We cannot be held liable for any injury that may occur while completing our craft kits. For what age are the craft kits appropriate? We always coordinate the kits to the age of the child. However, some kits will have small pieces (bead, google eyes, etc.) that will not be suitable for children under the age of 3 without parental supervision. What if there is a Holiday that our family does not celebrate? Please note any such holiday in the "Additional Comments" section of the Customer Information Form. We will make any adjustments necessary. For example, if your family does not celebrate Christmas, we will send a winter craft rather than a Christmas craft.
